Intercept® Executive (for Business Owners, Company Directors and Executive Management including CEO's COO's & CFO's).
The Intercept® Executive Report highlights thirty-six critical areas that impact business success and underpin leadership capabilities. The Report is provided to you in a quality leather Executive Compendium, which is your's to keep!
The Report also contains substantial intellectual property relating to Intercept® so that Owners, Directors and C-Level Executives have a full understanding about the background to Intercept® and how it will impact the business and its people as it is rolled out through the organisation. This material is normally restricted to Intercept® Coaches and TCC Hub Teams.
In addition, the Executive Report contains a full compliment of the Intercept® Coaching Material relevant to every category of the Report so that you can benefit from the additional material way beyond your Coaching Program. This equates to around four times the Coaching Material provided to a person doing the standard Intercept® ID Program.
A one-on-one Intercept® Executive Coaching Program also includes the flexibility of doing the program over a twelve month period, compared to a standard ID Program which generally runs for around six months. This is particularly valuable to the busy executive whose meeting, conference and travel committments will mean that regular weekly or fortnightly meetings with the Intercept® Coach may not be possible.
An Executive Program commences with an Intercept® Same Page type Induction Session at the start of the Program (potentially including multiple team members on both sides of the table) to ensure all expectations are alligned. At the conclusion, we do a similar Same Page style Wrap-up Session to ensure expectations have been met and to discuss 'what's next'.
