Intercept® Same Page Programs
Our latest offering is the Intercept® Same Page Program. Same Page is a program that aligns the whole team (management and staff) to the company's Vision, Mission, Values & Goals. It gets everyone thinking the same way. It gets everyone focussed on the same objectives. It gets everyone on the SAME PAGE.
A Same Page Program is completely tailored to your business, the size of your team and your objectives. Our TCC Hub Team sit down with you and your key people to understand exactly what your current issues are and what you want things to be like after Same Page is complete. We then come back to you with a Discussion Document with our recommendations.
Once you are satisfied that we have fully understood your issues and desired outcomes, we provide you with a formal proposal, you sign on, and we are underway.
We have Same Page Workshops that run for two hours, a half day and a full day and the Intercept® Same Page Retreat runs for a minimum of two days with the Intercept® Facilitator. However the pre and post Workshop activities add value and time to this, and our Hub Team will explain how this works in the Discussion Document.
In addition, most clients choose to start the process by aligning the team with an Intercept® Insights Workshop. Many clients also choose to follow the two day Facilitated Workshop with one-on-one Programs for some or all of the team. This may include an Executive Program, several ID Programs and a number of Express Programs.
Our TCC Hubs will partner with you to design an Intercept® Same Page Experience to your outcomes and budget. Our Accredited Intercept® Facilitators will partner with you to to achieve alignment, focus, direction and clarity and get you all on the SAME PAGE.
