Intercept® Express (for middle management and general staff, particularly where team coaching is involved and budgets are limited).

We have taken the most vital of the categories of the Executive and ID Reports and packaged them up in a quality 'budget' Program that is affordable to a business that is committed to its People Development Program at all levels.
An Intercept® Express Program can be delivered one-on-one. However, as a business will often sponsor a whole team into the program simultaneously, it is generally completed as a combination of group and one-on-one Coaching, .
A typical Express Program is designed to run for four months. Although this may be longer, depending on the size of the team, if group Coaching is involved.
