The unique Intercept® Experience includes:
Intercept® Questionnaire: Completed on-line, the Intercept® Questionnaire measures current approach against capacity within the 36 critical areas of business wisdom.
Intercept® Report: An Accredited Intercept® Coach navigates through the report with the client. A combination of a clear graphical representation of the results and the conversation with the coach enables quick correlation and makes sense of those areas of current approach that require attention.
Intercept® Insights: Sets the foundation for the program, and provides language, context, philosophy and principles that enable self-reliance beyond the completion of the Intercept® Experience. The Insights crystallise thinking and create a bridge between theory and practice, that supports experiential learning and facilitates lasting change.
Intercept® Conversation Series: Regular meetings are held and a confidential and objective space is created to express, self-observe and explore new perspectives and principle based thinking to support the execution of business strategy.
Intercept® Series of Reviews: Quality control of the experience is facilitated by scheduled reviews conducted by the Intercept® Program Co-ordinator. These reviews support the programs, keeping them on track to original objectives and providing a more specific degree of feedback on the performance of all partners in the program.
Intercept® Comparison Report: This stage of the experience is a unique element, which provides tangible evidence and measurement of shift within the critical areas.
