Sponsorship – Optimises and Synchronises with Business Feedback
Program sponsors are asked to specifically identify their observations regarding different or new approaches exhibited by the participant.

Principle-based shifts occur within the Intercept® Experience. Problems are solved at root cause to eradicate recurring issues and concerns, and this evolves the participant to be self-reliant.
Intercept® delivers sustainable shifts which are measured and documented through our unique Comparison Report. This provides numerical evidence of shift and progress towards the agreed program objectives. The evidence compliments the observations and feedback from the participant, the sponsor, business peers and subordinates and the Intercept® Coach.
