2. Intercept® ID (for MD's, GM's, Owners, Sales Directors/Managers, Marketing Directors/Managers, Channel Managers, Product/Brand Managers, Customer Service/Retention Managers, HR Directors/Managers, People Development/Training Managers, etc), and
3. Intercept® Express (for middle management and general staff, particularly where team coaching is involved and budgets are limited).
